What size do I order?

The easy answer to this question is, each product has a size guide at the bottom of the page. If you click on the heading labelled "size guide" you will recieve an accurate guide to help you decide which size is right for you. If you're unsure and need any help please use this as a guide. If this doesn't help please get in touch with us either by using the contact us page or emailing us directly at info@footkit.net.

How long will it take for my order to arrive to the UK?

With the exception of customised items we always aim to dispatch our items within 5 working days. Once the item has been dispatched / shipped you will receive a tracking number. The tracking number always takes a few days to update, it will update automatically to at the depot and from there Royal Mail will assign a delivery date. If for whatever reason this doesn't happen please get in touch and we will be able to help.

What is the wait time for international shipments?

When you checkout an item on our website the shipping times are automatically generated. For a more accurate timeframe please refer to this when placing your order. Usually international shipments outside of the EU will take up to 30 days to arrive as there is many factors beyond our control.

How can I get in touch / contact you?

You can either contact us through the contact us page on the website or email us directly at info@footkit.net we aim to respond to all requests within 48 hours. However please be advised during busier periods this may take slightly longer.

Do you offer any discounts?

Do you take returns?

Of course, you will be welcome to request your refund within 14 days of receiving your item as long as there is no customisation and it meets all the other requirements set out in our returns policy. For more information on our return policy please click here.
