FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

The easy answer to this question is, each product has a size guide at the bottom of the page. If you click on the heading labelled "size guide" you will recieve an accurate guide to help you decide which size is right for you. If you're unsure and need any help please use this as a guide. If this doesn't help please get in touch with us either by using the contact us page or emailing us directly at info@footkit.net. 
With the exception of customised items we always aim to dispatch our items within 5 working days. Once the item has been dispatched / shipped you will receive a tracking number. The tracking number always takes a few days to update, it will update automatically to at the depot and from there Royal Mail will assign a delivery date. If for whatever reason this doesn't happen please get in touch and we will be able to help. 
International shipments have a longer wait time as there are many factors which are beyond our control. When sending items internationally the tops have to go through flight delays, customs and other factors which can add time onto the delivery time. We give up to 20 working days for international shipments, if you have any issues during this time please get in touch with us and we will be happy to help.

Please be advised we're a small business so sometimes we will take sometime in order to get back to you. However we always aim to respond within 48 hours, if not before this time frame.
