We're happy to accept returns, as long as the terms are met. We do not accept returns on any customised items unless there are any quality issues. Please read below to find out more.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

The process

To return an item, please email customer support or use the Contact Us page to get in touch with us. We can either provide you with a return label, or a return address and you may choose your own courier. When sending the item(s) back please fold the item so it fits securely in its original packaging, and then seal the packaging. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label we provide however please be advised if you use our return label we will deduct the cost from your return to cover the cost.


Once we receive your item we will inspect it to ensure that all the conditions are met. If the conditions are met you will receive an email stating the refund has been processed. This refund can take up to 10 working days however in most cases it is done within 48 hours. Please get in contact if it takes longer than the period set out.


As long as the item has no customisation and it meets the terms outlined above, we will exchange items for bigger / smaller sizes. However the quickest way to process this and for you to receive the new item is to arrange a return and reorder the correct size. We will refund you when the item arrives and at the same time we will be able to process the new order and get it sent out so the wait time between the two is reduced.

Quality issues

If your item has any issues once it arrives with the quality of the item(s) please get in contact straight away. We have as strict quality control process however everyone makes mistakes and from time to time this may happen. Any defect item will be either replaced or refunded however please send us pictures to show the defect. You can email the pictures to us along with your order number directly to

items that cannot be returned

Any items that have any sort of customisation / personalisation cannot be returned. We do not take them back as once the customisation is on the back of the shirt it is impossible for us to take the letters off without damaging the fabric. Unless the item is damaged or faulty in these cases we can either offer replacements.

What items can be returned?

Every non-customised item on our website can be returned for either a refund or an exchange depending on what the customer would like to do. If the item has been customised we do NOT accept returns on these items. Each customised item is made as per customer requests.
