Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any items that are customised under any circumstances. Once you customise an item it is not returnable or refundable. Please read below for more information on how to start a return.

THE PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer support info@footkit.net or use the Contact Us page to get in touch with us. We can either provide you with a return label, or a return address and you may choose your own courier. When sending the item(s) back please fold the item so it fits securely in its original packaging, and then seal the packaging. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to send your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label we provide however please be advised if you use our return label we will deduct the cost from your return to cover the cost. We also do not return the original shipping fee, in the case of a return. 

REFUNDS

Once the item has been returned to us we will inspect the item to ensure all of the conditions are met, if the conditions are met you will automatically receive an email stating the refund has been processed. After inspecting the item, if there is any issues we will contact you to try and resolve them. If you do not hear anything up to 5 working days after the return has been successfully delivered please get in touch. The refund can take up to 10 working days to show up in your bank however in most cases it is usually done within 48 hours. 

 

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges as long as the item is not customised and meets all the terms outlined below, we're more than happy to exchange for bigger / smaller sizes. The quickest way to do this is if you re-order the correct size and send back your original item. This means we can start the preparation and shipping before the item has been returned. This will drastically reduce the wait time between the two and once we receive your return we can refund you. 

 

 

QUALITY ISSUES

 If you have any issues with the product once it arrives, please get in touch with us straight away. We do have a strict quality control process however everyone makes mistakes and during busier periods this can happen. Any defective item can be replaced or refunded depending on what the customer would like. However in order to do this we will either us for pictures to show the defect or in some instances will ask the customer to send the item back. Please email us directly at info@footkit.net with your order number, pictures and a brief description of the issue. 

TERMS FOR RETURN

• You MUST start the returns process within 7 days of receiving the item. If this is not done we will not accept the return as anything can happen in this time and we will not be responsible after this duration. 

• The item(s) MUST be in the original packaging with the original tags still attached to the item. 

• If the item is defective / faulty you MUST send us evidence to show this, and we may ask for the item to be returned.

• The item(s) should be in the original condition you received them in. Please do not eat or smoke in the clothing, because we will not process the refund and the items will be sent back.
